Huvy (Ahuva) Elisha, born in Jerusalem in 1927, was an extraordinary artist whose work bridged deep Jewish tradition with the sensitivity and light of European Impressionism. At the age of fourteen, she was accepted to London’s prestigious Saint Martin’s School of Art, beginning an artistic journey that would develop into a distinctive and deeply personal body of work.

Her son, Robert Elisha, accompanied Huvy from the earliest stages of her artistic career and today carries her legacy forward with an exceptional depth of knowledge and discernment.
